Site Requirements
Astrantia Homes is always looking for the next plot to develop. We are selective, straightforward to deal with, and we do what we say. If you own land, or represent someone who does, here is what we are looking for.
Sites for 2 to 10 homes. We are not a volume builder, and we like it that way.
Aspirational, well-connected urban and suburban locations in the South East and South West.
Brownfield and infill preferred. We are comfortable with awkward, constrained sites others pass over.
Consented sites are ideal, but we will take on promising land without permission and lead the planning ourselves.
Freehold or long leasehold. Clean title, or a title we can help make clean.
Honest, quick decisions and funds in place. If it is not for us, we will tell you straight away.

We value the people who bring us land. Fees are respected and agreed site by site, introductions are handled with discretion, and we are easy to reach and quick to respond. Bring us the right site once and we will want to work with you again.
