About
Who we are
Astrantia Group brings serious development experience to two things: managing major schemes for our clients, and creating characterful homes for families.
The group has two arms. ADMG is our development management consultancy, acting as a client-side team for investors and landowners on major schemes. Astrantia Homes is our own housebuilding arm, developing a small number of exemplary, sustainable homes for the families who live in them.
Behind both sits a career leading some of the most demanding schemes in the country: a 485-home build-to-rent regeneration in Birmingham, the first whole-life net zero retirement scheme in the UK at West Byfleet, and a challenging town-centre transformation in Tunbridge Wells, alongside years running high-volume store development and other schemes across the sector.
That experience is the point. Whether we are managing a landmark scheme for a client or building a pair of family homes, the same discipline applies: honest numbers, a design worth defending, and delivery done properly.
