Acquired from a Canadian UHNWI, with planning secured and a new strategic direction defined around hyper-connected, town-centre development. The first whole-life net zero carbon retirement scheme in the UK, it creates a new heart for the town with a public car park, public square, public library and 17,000 sq ft of commercial space, delivering 320,000 sq ft in all.

Acquired from the Oppenheimer family and reimagined by a specialist team, overcoming difficult commercial underpinnings, a Network Rail tunnel running directly beneath, and 9m of level changes. Planning was achieved inside 12 months through genuine stakeholder engagement.
