Surrey · AXA IM / Retirement Villages Group
Acquired from a Canadian UHNWI, with planning secured and a new strategic direction defined around hyper-connected, town-centre development. The first whole-life net zero carbon retirement scheme in the UK, it creates a new heart for the town with a public car park, public square, public library and 17,000 sq ft of commercial space, delivering 320,000 sq ft in all.

Kent · AXA IM / Retirement Villages Group
A town-centre site that had passed through five owners in 21 years. Acquired from the Oppenheimer family and reimagined by a specialist team, overcoming difficult commercial underpinnings, a Network Rail tunnel running directly beneath, and 9m of level changes. Planning was achieved inside 12 months through genuine stakeholder engagement.
Wider track record
Beyond ADMG's client engagements, the experience behind the group runs decades deep: acquiring and unlocking residential sites in some of the most demanding markets in the country, alongside the national roll-out of more than thirty Lidl food stores.
